Tibbs Military Fit is pleased to offer a residential action packed weekend full of challenging fitness activities, fun and team building whilst escaping to the beautiful country side.

Based in a lovely village called Bolney in West Sussex we will host two busy days of fitness that will give you a real Body Blast and stand you in good stead moving forward to achieve your fitness goals. It will be fun, challenging and you’ll leave with a great sense of achievement.

Unlike other BOOTCAMPS we cap our intake at 8 people to ensure you get plenty of attention help and support throughout the weekend. Our instructors are all serving or ex serving Military with several years of experience in the fitness profession. They will put you through your paces and be tough…. but equally patient, realistic and professional in their approach.

Low price of £299

Over the weekend you will complete 10-12 Fitness activities including circuits, boxing, HIIT, swimming, Team building and Long country walks. There will also be down time for you to relax and be sociable in evenings.

The circle of planks at class today🔥 🚀 My go to exercise to hit the core baby 💫

If you’re experiencing back pain from sitting at an office desk all day, here’s some good news: Planks can help improve your posture!

By strengthening your back, chest, shoulders, neck, and abs, this exercise makes it easier to keep your shoulders back and your lower back in a neutral position while sitting or standing — two vital components of good posture.
Planks also help you develop isometric strength in your core muscles, which gives you the power to keep from hunching while standing or sitting for long periods of time.

Planks can help increase your flexibility

While it may not feel like it, planks are also a great way to stretch out the lower half of your body.

*Tomo Sat 9am class CANCELLED 😭*

Hey Team 💪as most of you know I'm away skiing and I had class cover for tomo 9am but yesterday the instructor cancelled and I've been trying to arrange an alternative trainer with no luck. The good trainers are generally busy with their own businesses Sat mornings... so it's tough to find cover not only to take the class but having someone I know will deliver a great session. This is very important to me! So sadly i will have to cancel. My sincere apologise for the inconvenience! I know most of you will be very keen to still train so please head on down and train amoungst yourselves.... I apologise again Team!! Hope you all have a great weekend 😎 I will be back Monday so back to normal Tues 💪
