Five years service in British Army as a Royal Engineer with 33 Engr Regt (eod). Interests include Muay Thai, Boxing, Martial Arts, Scuba Diving, Fell Running and Climbing.

Ross works as Personal trainer for both David Lloyd and Tibbs Military Fit.

Ex Army PTI completed 6 years service in the royal engineers. Steve has 5 operational tours, 7 years experience in the fitness industry.

Steve now works as both a personal and group trainer for Tibbs Military Fit.

Ozgur Hulus

Ex Army, serving in the Infantry for nine years, five of them along side Matt. Ozgur left in 2008, as a Corporal, having served one year in both Kosovo and Iraq. Ozgur's last two years was spent as a recruit instructor for the infantry.

Ozgur is now a Personal Trainer and working for Tibbs Military Fit.

The circle of planks at class today🔥 🚀 My go to exercise to hit the core baby 💫

*Tomo Sat 9am class CANCELLED 😭*

Hey Team 💪as most of you know I'm away skiing and I had class cover for tomo 9am but yesterday the instructor cancelled and I've been trying to arrange an alternative trainer with no luck. The good trainers are generally busy with their own businesses Sat mornings... so it's tough to find cover not only to take the class but having someone I know will deliver a great session. This is very important to me! So sadly i will have to cancel. My sincere apologise for the inconvenience! I know most of you will be very keen to still train so please head on down and train amoungst yourselves.... I apologise again Team!!
