So whether you’re involved in swimming, road cycling, marathon running, triathlon, golf, tennis, hockey, rugby, orienteering, rowing, kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, motor cross… the list is endless, sports massage can achieve a faster recovery time and less down time allowing you to return to your sport more quickly.

Deep soft tissue massage can also be very effective at relieving a feeling of generalised tightness/stiffness or tension in muscles particularly around the neck and shoulders and lower back area often related to hours spent on the computer or at your desk doing paperwork. As a bonus our massage specialists have undergone lots of training with the physios so they know exactly when to call for the beady eye of a physio to help in getting you really, really better.

*Tomo Sat 9am class CANCELLED 😭*

Hey Team 💪as most of you know I'm away skiing and I had class cover for tomo 9am but yesterday the instructor cancelled and I've been trying to arrange an alternative trainer with no luck. The good trainers are generally busy with their own businesses Sat mornings... so it's tough to find cover not only to take the class but having someone I know will deliver a great session. This is very important to me! So sadly i will have to cancel. My sincere apologise for the inconvenience! I know most of you will be very keen to still train so please head on down and train amoungst yourselves.... I apologise again Team!!
