Group/Team Training

Group Training is a great way of meeting new people and getting fit at the same time. You will be outdoors in the fresh air and away from that smell of sweaty bodies you often get at gyms or studios. Classes last for 1 hour and no matter what your fitness level, aims to give you a tougher work out military style!

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 7pm and Saturday 9am

Group Training checklist: please arrive 10 minutes early if its your first session so you can meet the team and fill out a health questionnaire.

  • Wear comfortable and suitable training wear, not your Friday night dance outfit - you will be getting dirty!
  • Drink plenty of water before you arrive.
  • Avoid bringing valuables if possible. Car keys will be locked away in company car.
  • No jewellery to be worn as this is a safety issue - sorry ladies no dangly earrings!

🙌💫We raised £165,491.82💫🙌 Im very Proud and hounered to say i was part of an amazing group that cycled London to amsterdam to raise money for St Christophers Hospice. We cycled 350miles across 4 different countries 🚴‍♂️ the Journey was simply amazing and im so happy i was part of it. Just to know that we have made such a differnce feels great and hearing individual stories of how the hospice helped, gave support cared, loved and did everything possible to make their loved ones happier and as comfortable as possible in their last weeks/months really did touch my sole ❤. We must always remember that charities rely on the public to help make their work possible.
