My name is Matt Tibbles. I'm an Ex Army PTI, Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Professional Athlete. I have 15 years working in the industry and I love what I do!

My experience has given me extensive knowledge of the human body and the best ways to achieve fitness goals for people of all ages. In my sessions you will be outdoors and away from the gym environment.

It is my job as a Personal Trainer to keep you motivated and focused.
Setting constant challenges and monitoring your progress will result in noticeable improvements all round.

😈!!BURPEES!!😈 Do you love or hate them? According to leading exercise scientists, the burpee is the MOST effective exercise, as it targets all 5 dimensions of fitness: endurance, speed, agility, strength, and flexibility. Good enough reasons to suck it up and do your burpees, right? YES!! So love and enjoy them knowing your getting the best bang for your buck 💪

How to do a BURPEE

Begin in a standing position.

Move into a squat position with your hands on the ground.

Kick your feet back into a plank position, while keeping your arms extended.

Immediately return your feet into squat position.

Stand up from the squat position and jump in the air
